I had a wonderful experience at Trident Nariman Point. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the Arabian Sea, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. My suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. However, the lighting in the stairways could definitely use improvement, as that was a safety concern during my stay.

My suite was very spacious, with world-class furniture and a stunning view of the Queen's Necklace. However, I noticed that the rooms lacked USB ports for charging, which was inconvenient.

The staff, from the valet to the managers, were all extremely courteous and attentive. Mr. Anupam Dasgupta, the General Manager, personally checked in on me, which made me feel very welcomed.
